CoreTax Console — Terms of Sale

Your Smart Assistance for CoreTax

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of subscriptions and donations through the "CoreTax Console" Chrome Extension ("Extension"). By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller Identification

      Important: The developer of this Extension is an independent seller. This product is NOT sold by Google. All payment processing, subscription management, and customer support are handled by the developer, not Google or any other party.

2.1 Subscription Benefits

No interstitial video ads during job execution
Access to all current and future features
Support ongoing development

Subscription grants ad-free usage for 30 days from the date of successful payment. After 30 days, the subscription expires and ads will resume unless you renew.

2.2 Donation

Donations are one-time voluntary contributions. Donations do NOT grant subscription benefits (no ad-free access). Donations are non-refundable.

3. Payment Method

Payment is processed via QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) through the WebQRIS payment gateway. When you initiate a payment:

A unique QRIS code is generated for your transaction.
Scan the QR code using any Indonesian banking app or e-wallet that supports QRIS.
Payment is verified automatically — no manual confirmation needed.
The QRIS code expires after 15 minutes if unpaid.

4. No Refund Policy

      All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions or donations under any circumstances.
    

This includes but is not limited to:

Accidental purchases or duplicate payments.
Dissatisfaction with the Extension's features or performance.
Changes to the Extension's functionality after purchase.
Extension removal from the Chrome Web Store (your subscription remains valid until expiry).
CoreTax website changes that affect Extension compatibility.

We recommend using the free version first to evaluate the Extension before purchasing a subscription.

5. Subscription Cancellation

There is no automatic renewal. Subscriptions expire naturally after 30 days. No action is required to cancel — simply do not renew when the period ends.

During the active subscription period:

You will continue to have ad-free access until the expiry date.
No prorated refunds are available for unused portions of the subscription period.

6. Service Availability

The Extension relies on the CoreTax (coretax.pajak.go.id) website to function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service if:

The CoreTax website is down, changes its API, or blocks the Extension.
The Chrome Web Store removes the Extension.
Network issues prevent connection to our payment server.

No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

7. User Responsibilities

You must have a valid CoreTax account and active session to use the Extension.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You must not share, redistribute, or resell access to the Extension.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
